MULTISPECIES GOVERNANCE

In Stage 4, ENGAGING, ABIDE brings in the knowledge and wisdom of nonhuman animals to the forefront of governance of disasters. We organize what we learnt from animals to propose a Pilot in Multispecies Governance of Disasters – a model to organize disaster governance that includes the contribution of nonhuman animals. We then engage with the stakeholders working in the field, local and global levels, to test this model.
